Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment for various pain syndromes (and other medical conditions). A typical visit consists of an assessment-diagnosis-plan, treatment session, and a review after. Treatment is needling centered, with cupping, acupressure, thermotherapy, and TCM* herbs when needed. Acupuncture needle is much thinner comparing to normal syringe needles used for muscle injection. When applied properly, there is little feeling when it penetrates the skin.
